James Cavin is the lead writer for the project. His responsibilities include designing the backstory, writing all the dialogue, and designing the characters' appearances.
Lars is the lead programmer and artist for the project. His day job is as a freelance game design consultant and programmer. His past games include Super Energy Apocalypse and CellCraft. He blogs at Fortress of Doors and Gamasutra.com.
Kevin Penkin is the game's musician and composed the Defender's Quest Original Soundtrack.
Anthony is the lead gameplay and level designer in the project, as well as assistant programmer. His day job is developer relations manager at Kongregate.com. Outside of a few tiny personal projects, his game development cred comes primarily from directing and assisting in programming the smash hit educational game CellCraft.
