Thank you for New Game+

I have been silently observing the development of the New Game+ over the past few months and I just wanted to say that I think you guys did a great job. The original game was a lot of fun and well worth the investment, and this addition really adds to the replay value. I have poured many hours into my New Game+, playing over the same maps with my old characters, figuring out new strategies, and getting stumped where I used to breeze through.

I think the difficulty has really been scaled well and one aspect in particular that I have been enjoying is just how much I can affect the outcome of the battles with the spells I cast - this was not usually the case before. Anyway, kudos for all of the work you have done to make a good game even better!

Thanks so much whelm! It's great to hear that people are enjoying it and that the difficulty feels reasonable - that was one of our biggest worries as we added this whole new mode that was going to try to be extra content for both old and new players, low and high level. Hearing from fans is really rewarding, so thank you for sharing your thoughts!

the forum does not work properly today, does it? I wrote a huge "THANK YOU" comment here but after receiving an error message, everything was gone.

so again in short words. thanks for the game and espeacially NG+, which made me play the game again for many hours. the best 7 dollars I spend for something EVER!

but after everything is finished in NG+ in extreme, I asked myself if you will add any new content to the game in the future, if you will offer an official mod or anything? Or will you concentrate on a total new project if you fixed the major bugs? some infos would be much appreciated.

I don't think Lars will go into official mods. Just a guess, but I think he will want the community to do the modding (We only have to pester him to make the mod system a bit more robust, allowing for stackable mods somehow. At least I want them, because I want to make a mod that makes armor a bit nastier )

hey, that would be great. it`s a totally differnt game that I played for many years in the past. It`s called Quake 3 Arena. The mod community kept this game alive for more than a decade. would be nice to see an acitive mod communite for DQ.
