If we can't reproduce the bug, we can't fix it.
The more information you have, the easier it is to reproduce & fix
If you can provide clear, easy-to-follow steps that make the bug happen EVERY TIME, that is gold.
Here is how to write a good bug report. First provide this info:
Your operating system (ie, Windows XP, Mac OS Lion)
The game version # (title screen, lower right hand corner, ie, "v 0.8.1")
What you were doing before the bug happened. Ie, I started a new battle on the level "River Escape", on Normal difficulty, summoned Slak, placed him at the very bottom spot above azra, and selected the lightning spell.
What you were expecting to happen. Ie, I expected to see Slak appear at that location and then see the lightning spell become selected.
What happened instead. Ie, The user interface disappeared, the game froze, my computer exploded, and Slak jumped out of the wreckage and proceeded to eat all my pizza and drink all my beer.
Extra credit: Right after you experience a bug, exit the game, go to the save menu, export your save as a .dfq file and attach it to the email.
Extra credit: Take a screenshot using the "print screen" key, especially if the game shows an error crash page, and attach it to the email.
Extra EXTRA credit: If you're experiencing slowdown and know what a "memory leak" is, try playing around and seeing when and where memory use spikes, and which screens in the game are the worst culprits.

Challenge 2 - Beating it for the second and third time (and probably subsequent times) reports the outcome as a fail on the party screen even if it is won. Save export attached. Was already beaten for the first time with a perfect result.

Quick question - at any point during the battle, did you restart the challenge? I think we've fixed this bug but not yet rolled out the patch publicly.
What we found was that restarting a bonus level made the game "forget" it was a bonus level. The easiest way to tell was on endless levels - restarting would remove the "cash out" button.
If you beat it without ever restarting the battle, then this might be new bug.

No, I did not restart the challenge either time.
It's also not an endless challenge, so I cannot immediately tell whether it's bugger or not since there is no cash out option.

Quick update: I'm rolling out a new build to the test server in about half an hour, version 1.0.31, so if you've signed up to be a tester (if not PM me and I'll give you access) it might be worth checking if that build has already solved the problem. If not, I'll dig into the code and see if I've overlooked something.

Once you have gotten both achievements for a challenge any subsequent completions are treated as a fail - just tried it in 1.0.31.

Great, this is probably a simple bug. It doesn't detect a new achievement, and it should say something simple like, "Good job!" or whatever
